Frequently Asked Questions About Your Life Coach in Denver, CO
Tania Fendel, MA, LAC - Recovery Life Coach in Denver, CO
What Is a Life Coach?
As a life coach in Denver, I combine faith and psychology to support your search for freedom and meaning. If you want, we can integrate Christian counseling which blends clinical training with Scripture, prayer, and a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit’s guidance is foundational in the way I show up. [Learn more about my approach here.]
What Is an LAC (Licensed Addiction Counselor)?
A Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) is trained and licensed to support people in recovery from alcohol and substance use. I hold a clinical mental health master’s degree and passed both the National Master Addiction Counselor exam and the Colorado Jurisprudence Exam. I’m registered with DORA and listed in the official state database, which means I’m legally authorized to practice in Colorado.

Let’s find out together. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can both see if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about what you're looking for, and I’ll share what I think our work might look like. If I’m not the best fit, I’ll do my best to refer you to someone who is.
